Definitely, this is not my picture but this deeply reflect how I envision program management :
- team player
- team management
- focused on customer management from kick-off until production ramp-up
- anticipation of customer needs all along the program walk from design iteration up to packaging selection and logistics steps
The list is rather long but I have been able to challenge key programs with international automotive players :
- OEM's: Audi, BMW, Ford, Mini, PSA, Smart, VW
- Tier 1: Blaupunkt, Continental, Delphi, INergy, Faurecia, Harman Becker
Tackled down by the automotive market crisis, I started a new challenging adventure in aerospace industry : business class furnishing for the newest Boeing 787 aircraft.
I recently moved to the head of the yankee class seats manufacturing department.
