Welcome to my profile! I completed my degree in Economics and German in 2008, graduating with a 2:1 grade from Keele University. As a part of the degree, I spent one year at the Christian Albrechts University of Kiel in Germany, where I studied business and political related subjects, as well as the German language. Since then, I have been studying for a Masters in Translation with the University of Birmingham, as well as living in France, where I am working on my French language skills.
Professionally, I spent 8 months working within the customer services department of an online betting company, dealing with German and French speaking customers. Furthermore, since moving to France, I have been working as an English teacher, offering business language courses to groups and individuals, and also as a Translator, translating and proofreading economic and political papers for publication.
