French Chartered Accountant and Auditor for 2005, I have worked for audit firm since 8 years :

- Investigating financial statements according to legal specifications : sheduling the missions, planning the intervention, monitoring the budget and the progress of the missions.
- Managing teams of 2 or 3 Auditors, drawing up analysis reports findings, researching technical accounting or financial issues, organizing and participating in ending report meeting.
- Several parts of my job includes to use IFRS Standards for auditing consolidated financial statement.
- I have developed a 5 years experience in service concession arrangements and public-private partnerships sector.
- I have also worked on Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOA) by reviewing, analyzing and evaluating company’s internal procedures, identifying weaknesses and defining risks for the financial data.

Since three years I have also perfomed due diligence for middle cap companies :
- Drawing-up Vendor Due Diligence Report
- Organizing financial data : evolution of the turn over, analysing cash, making bridge of EBIT, operating marging

As a Senior Manager of the firm I perform some functional activities :
- Involved in the recruitment’s process of auditors
- Involved in the trainig's process of auditors
- Perfomed he invoicing and follow-up of the budgets
