Project Management System Implementation for ANRU Projects (Project Director - Partial Time), Plaine Commune (French urban city community)
2008 - 2010Project management methods and software implementation for the management of the 14 ANRU projects of Plaine Commune. Those 14 projects group 640 operations for a total budget around 1,5 billion €.
ANRU projects are urban gentrification projects financed by the French government, and social government institutions. Those projects are master projects that include from 40 to 100 projects, managed and financed by 20 to 50 different institutions.
Plaine Commune is a group of cities (named in France "urban community") that includes 8 city around Stade De France in Saint-Denis (North of Paris). This is one of the biggest urban communities of France.
The computerised part of the project management system to be implemented is full web.
