The head of Project Planning is a Member of the Management Committee of the Zone France and Iberie.

Project management methods and software implementation for the management of the 14 ANRU projects of Plaine Commune. Those 14 projects group 640 operations for a total budget around 1,5 billion €.
ANRU projects are urban gentrification projects financed by the French government, and social government institutions. Those projects are master projects that include from 40 to 100 projects, managed and financed by 20 to 50 different institutions.
Plaine Commune is a group of cities (named in France "urban community") that includes 8 city around Stade De France in Saint-Denis (North of Paris). This is one of the biggest urban communities of France.
The computerised part of the project management system to be implemented is full web.

After specifications, engineering of the system and implementation (training and support) for 150 employee of the constructions department (civil building and road).

Set-up of the engineering modification management system for the project Lausanne M2. This system is used by both Electro-mechanical and Civil engineering.

Management of 30 to 35 consultants, 3 to 5 sub-contractors, and 2 clerks, following of assistance or services lump sum contracts, bids, client relationship, prospection for new contracts (management of the whole process from prospection to end of contract).
Information system manager : management of 1 technician in charge of maintenance and development. Responsible of the information system budget (development and maintenance).

During SAP implemantation in the Exploration and Production SYRIA subsidiary, help and replace cost contrôler of the production departement (90% of the budget).

Public contract :
Audit of the resource management for 3 departments of the engineering division.
Set-up and following of a global resource management system in order to achieve the 6-month resource plan for the 3 departments.

For project CIRCLE LINE (automatic transportation system line in SINGAPORE - 1 billion euro contract), redaction and implementation of the following :
- documentation configuration management plan,
- integration configuration management plan.
Assistance for software choice.
Development of various application to report and analyse the system configuration.
Coordination of 6 members and sub-members.

Assistance for specification and implementation of SNCF cost control software (internal solution) for the development & maintenance projects (electro-mechanical and railroad projects).

Expertise in cost-control and estimation for estimation methods validation using 8 test projects (audit, report and recommandations).

Set-up and following of the cost control for the project TGV EST - Installation end, at SNCF (french-Railway). Project is more than 5OO kEuros budget.
Cost control plan redaction and implemantation.
Tools development and follow of the costs during 6 months. Then formation of the replacement consultant.

Bid Planification for MARINA LINE PROJECT (1 BILLION EURO).
The bid was successfull :
Set-up and 1st year implementation of the project planning system for the project. Leader of consortium. Summary and detailed planning. Set-up of the following methodology.

During the early stage of the TOTAL FINA and ELF companies fusion, set-up and following of the whole working group of the fusion process for Exploration & Production division.
Set-up of the reporting and control methodologies, set-up and following of the cost, and of the document control system.
Mission was carried out by another CLC consultant during 6 month (up to the end of the work group process).

Assist project manager of "ALISS" project (power system for tramway without catenairs), to manage its project:
WBS set-up, project plan, progress meetings, planning, costs, ...

Bid preparation for CIRCLE LINE Project (automatic transportation system line for Singapore - 1 billion euros of budget): planning and all exibits set-up, redaction of the writing part of the offer, financial planning set-up.
Bid planning preparation for BANGKOK Project (non-automatic transportation system line for Bangkok) : planning set-up.

For Year 2000 computer update of "LA HAGUE" reatreatment site project :
Set-up and follow-up of the planning of the critical industrial applications (process), resource management and project manager coaching.
This mission has been carried out by another CLC consultant up to 10th of January 2000.
This mission was a complete success : every critical software was updated in time (no problem after 1st of January 2000).

Audit and Set-up of a project management system for the ATS department (Automatic control Transportation System) of the Signalling buisness. This system was also used to fully managed the resources.

80% of the Mission held in NIGERIA
For EKPE revamping project (125 MUSD budget, full revamping of MOBIL EKPE installations), set-up of the marine operation planning, and follow-up offshore (9 month in Nigeria). Project was used to confirm work hours estimation methods.

Set-up of the planning For Porto Metro project bid (PORTUGAL). Concurent's planning analysis and full report.
Set-up of the signalling portion for the JFK (New-york) automatic subway project bid (1st bid for full automatic transportation system for ALSTOM). Value engineering analysis.

For Several OPC contracts held by CLC (OPC contract are site managers for public construction), assistance of the Site manager: planning, costs, meetings, contractor management, ...
3 sites in one year (3 hospitals).

Planning assistant for the OSO CONDENSATE FIELD PROJECT (2 years and 1/2) : Planning set-up and following, monthly report (partially). Member of a consortium. Project is 0.5 billion of dollars, part of BOUYGUES OFFSHORE is 100 MUSD.
Planning Enginner for the UBIT EXPANSION PROJECT (2 years) : full planning set-up and following, monthly report, leader of the consortium of 2 members, coordination of the 4 mains contractor for planning purposes. Project is 200 MUSD, part of BOUYGUES OFFSHORE is 120 MUSD.
