- Cost & stock control (with CrunchTime software), public health (USPH as a company standard) and maintenance (AMOS), wine list, daily schedule, appraisals and vacation plan for bar staff, training, overtime, customs declaration, checking cruise inventories, in suite mini-bar setup.
- Dealing with private parties, ship's events, and any guests issues related to the beverage operation.
- Ordering equipment through containers 3 months in advance and working together with Provision master for beverage order.
