Our technical team wascomposed of 3 members. We used the Joomla CMS to create the wesbite.

Junior project manager (6 months)

The goal: to redesign the FT e-commerce platform in order to increase the number of online customers and to gain their loyalty. With the project manager, I :

* organized, planed meetings with the different project actors
* compiled the needs of the business analysis team
* wrote the specifications documents
* checked the programmer's realizations
* insured that the tasks were well executed according to the schedule

Programmer (9 months)

I worked for a new service called the RIA skill center. This service develops intranet and extranet website using RIAs. This service had just been created and the aim was to expand its visibility.

In order to do so, together with a colleague, we redesigned their intranet website, using Flex technology.

I had also to make a study about the different RIA technologies (Ajax, AIR, XUL...), to compare them.
