With 12 years in the Performance Management and Predictive Analytics activities, my role is to help european companies find and implement new sources of competitive advantage through Business Analytics, declined in two majors areas:
— Performance Management activities (perform and manage using KPIs, dashboards, reports, drill analysis, ... and planning)
— Predictive Analytics (attract more and better customers, grow their relationships with them, retain the valuable ones longer, detect and Prevent Fraud or manage non-compliance, mitigate Risk).
My strong points and competencies are:

— A knowledge in the project management, with human size and international dimension
— Experienced into the team management and a taste pronounced for the management

During my previous experiences in consulting companies, I developed functional and technical competencies in the Business Intelligence and Planning solutions, and I was a team leader (consultants and engineers) on several projects.
