Manage the implementation of complex integrated software solutions related to Supply Chain Collaboration, Event Management, Procurement, Distributed Order Allocation and Supply Chain Execution. Carry out all tasks of an enterprise software implementation including design sessions management, specification writing, interface mapping, technical design review, system testing, user training, software support and troubleshooting. Carried out all tasks of the implementation of the EXceed Warehouse Management System, including design, re-engineering of business processes, interface mapping, end-user training, complete system testing and go-live support. Coordinated with technical resources for change requests and fixes developments.

Provided 1st and 2nd level application support to European clients of Baan ERP: investigated queries, put together ticket details for R&D, tested and delivered fixes, performed data corrections. Advised clients on ERP’s functions including Purchase, Sales, Pricing, Logistics, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Shop Floor Control, Financial Integration and Invoicing. Coordinated the quality insurance of the Paris support team by putting together and measuring team’s performance indicators, with a focus on customer satisfaction rate, backlog reduction and resolution speed.
