- Successfully implemented various in-house software in newly acquired dairy plants in Italy, Spain, Scotland…, ranging from milk procurement to finished goods shipping. Among these companies: Galbani, Invernizzi, 3A, McLelland.
- Currently participating in the SAP implementation project (analysis and consulting) in Galbani.

- Based in the HQ.
- Successfully exported & implemented the French in-house software solution in the American branch: raw materials mass balance, Quality Tracking & Management, in 9 plants all over the USA.
- Software still running today and considered as major tools for the monitoring of the company.
- Wrote technical user guides for these applications.
- Set up working and organizational procedure and wrote the related documentation
- Performed technical support and hotline related to the system and applications installed on the various plants.
- Performed raw materials management audits in all plants.
- Frequent business trips in the dairy facilities to follow up on users’ needs, knowledge level, practices, and overall organization in a continuous process of improvement.

* Stage 2: 9/2000 to 02/2003: San Jose, CA
- Based in a dairy plant
- Assumed the role of IT/IS manager in that plant.
- Managed contacts with vendors (supplies & hardware).
- Successfully developed an application extracting data from the installed applications on the field, calculating industrial key indicators and setting up a daily report, which is still today the key document looked over during the daily technical meeting.
- Successfully developed in VBA and deployed an application from the quality management software to extract data and draw graphs of any indicators by recipe.
- Managed the LAN in relation with the HQ in Buffalo.
- Performed technical tasks such as installing PCs (Hardware/System), installing software…
- Performed technical support and hotline related to the system and applications installed on the various plants.

- Based in a dairy plant.

- Managed 4 people.
- Organized and oriented the various on-site actions in close relation with the VP manufacturing and the Chief Financial Controller of the company.
- Successfully reorganized and improved technical documentation regarding the software implemented in the plants
- Successfully implemented raw materials management, quality tracking and production management software in 2 American plants (Belmont, WI and Turlock, CA).
- Wrote in English the related technical documentation and user guides specific to these plants..
