I`m currently International Expansion Manager at Mr. Bricolage Group , DIY retail industry
Previously I was worked from 2007 to 2010 in cabinet Implantaction expert in international commercial strategy, based in Tourcoing, in France and abroad, mainly in Europe, CEE area, Central Asia, the Middle East & Maghrebat . Prior, from 2003 to 2007 at Rudder Upward, retail international development agency.
From 1992 to 2003 I was the Country manager of Central-Eastern Europe at Vivarte Group . At Vivarte Group, I was responsible for coordinating, managing and developing the subsidiaries.
I Have more than 15 years of experience in the Retail industry, including network implementation, brand positioning, companies negotiations and subsidiaries and stores openings (70 stores openings).
Prior to that, I was a Store Director at Casino and Comptoirs Modernes (Carrefour subsidiary) from 1982 to 1992.
Mission: Increase the performances of the partners abroad and to define the strategic orientations of the policy of the group in international activities

- Analyze and follow the financial aspects of the projects
- Be a support for the international partners

- Work with different distributors in food or DIY sectors. But I also accompany and advice distribution brands (suburb or downtown), retail parks, companies involved in shopping centres and shopping malls, private and institutional investors, developers, master franchisees, retailers on various operations.
- Gathering the experience of operator with the knowledge in competition and consumer trends analysis of the company.
- Enhance skills and local culture with approach and the rigorous analysis in order to better adapt to the patterns of consumption and local customs.
- Support the international companies in helping the decision: development, potential study per countries, analysis and market economic approaches in terms of products, selection of the best sites with a view to optimal positioning, typology distribution and partnership best adapted to the country, assets recovery for any expansion project, investment, land research, and political lobbying in some countries where we have our entries.
