- Research and development in new production process, installation start up & commissioning of the manufacturing equipments
-> Thin plastic heat forming, micro glue dispensing, micro coil winding, thin sheet metal assembly, sheet metal high speed cutting, automated assembly processes...

- Relocation of manufacturing activities, and offices

- Implementation of new organization

- International sourcing, implementation of partnership, negotiation in multicultural environment.
