My main role is:
• Managed relationship with major customers which are Top French IT service company and retail firms among major references
• Create, coordinate and maintain development teams for Major accounts to support their web and software development projects.
• Managing market and business development activities though multi-location partnerships, lead and sales generation.
• Setting up and lead the company strategy.
• Lead the engineering team in designing and developing new products
• to lay out a strategic marketing plan and the marketing activities to ensure the product introduction and promotion.

•Objectives

Set up an efficient process to gather, analyze and promote the use within DS’ organizations of accurate and relevant market data supporting the company’s GROWTH, ADOPT and TAM to Serve processes. Using rigorous methodologies, I am in charge of developing various models assessing the Penetration/Maturity and Growth rates of the PAM (Potential Accessible Market) and TAM (Total Addressable Market) of DS’ 11 industries by PLM application domain, company size and geography.

• Key responsabilities:

o Investment Planning > 3-year Offer Plan by Industry & Brand,
Investment Portfolio Arbitrage (DCF, IRR, SWOT, GAP analyses)

o OFFER analysis > Competitive Intelligence Model (CIM): PLM market size by industry and product domain (15) based on a total of 800+ competitors’ SW revenues.

o DEMAND analysis > Market Opportunity Model (MOM): PLM market size & growth by segment (50), region (25), and product domain (20+) based on a total of 33 million potential customers.

o Benchmarking analysis > The Competitive Product Matrix. This is a Competitive solutions assessment by Industries and Brands.

o Strategic Referential > DS4 : Put in place the framework and directions for DS next 10 years Stratgic Planning.

Other responsibilities include:

•Assist business leaders in the decision making process for investments & partnerships (cf. Business Cases).
• Active participation in M&A Radar activities
• Negociation with European Union DG Comp
•Ad-hoc projects: short term reports - a day up to a week - to be delivered, under DS Corporate Executive requests.
•Business Cases: Usually, a 3 month mission to answer specific business issues requested by Top Management.
•Consulting projects with third parties analyst and advisory firms. Managing relation, budget, development and presentation of findings to Execs.
