Mr Ben Youssef, Doctor in Economics, is Associate and Visiting Professor in various French and Mediterranean Universities, but also Researcher, mainly in E-economy, the economic of information and communication technologies. As a specialist in these areas of expertise, he has coordinate several projects for the European Commission, FEMISE, ERF’ projects in matter of E-Economy in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, Spain and France. He was invited as a Speaker and / or Moderator on numerous international conferences and symposia. In this framework, he has developed intellectual but also practical skills in managing surveys, writing reports and formulating policies purposes. He is currently teaching at one of the leading University in Morocco (Mundiapolis), Tunisia (ESSEC). He was a coordinator of the last report on the analysis of Upgrading policies in the Mediterranean Area and especially in Morocco. He has played significant roles as an Organizer, Moderator and Link Person on Seminars and Workshops related to the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership and to the Economic and Environmental integration of Euro-Mediterranean Area. He is also used to arrange conference programs, prepare supports and documents for participants. He writes several international reports for the United Nations Programs, European Commission and different French Ministries.

Doctor Adel BEN YOUSSEF was involved in the Implementation of Technologies and E-solutions in the Banking Sector, the Higher University Sector and in Small and Medium Enterprises. His main focus is the Necessary organizational changes linked to the adoption of new technologies (especially in the case of Information and communication technologies). Dr. Ben Youssef is actually writing two papers for International Technology for Devlopment Journal describing the changes in the Tunisian Universities.
