I graduated from ESC Pau (French business school in the south of France) in May 2010 with a Master in Finance. During the curriculum, I was given the opportunity to go abroad to take part in an exchange program specialized in finance and banking at Ohio University (USA). Following this experience, I completed a 9 month internship at the branch VALEO Security Systems in Paris as Assistant Cost controller to the Branch R&D Cost Controller. This positive experience enabled me to continue as Industrial Cost Controller for VALEO Compressor Thailand based in Rayong province for 2 years.
My current contract with VALEO is coming to an end in September 2012 and I am looking to put my strong experience in industrial cost management and my good understanding of thai language and thai culture to practice in Thailand.

- Daily cycle counting : put in place the daily stock monitoring for both plants in Rayong, identifications of the variances followed by the tackling of the root causes. Supervised a team of 2 counters and 1 analyst. Organized the annual stock counting in collaboration with both plant cost controllers.
- Reviewing and setting up stock flow process.
- Daily Follow-up of the main indicators though the scorecard; follow-up of sales by customers, DLPI, department spending, stock level and industrial variances (scraps, premium freights, non-productive hours, OT level) vs Budget vs. FCT.
- PR validation through C1 and SAP.
- Weekly scrap reconciliation.
Monthly reporting
- In charge of the monthly reporting through Hyperion & ESSBASE.
- Calculation and analyze of provision on stock: provision for variances ACT vs STD and provision for depreciation on slow-moving stocks, analyze of the mix and industrial variances.
- Reconciliation of stocks by type wih the balance sheet.
- Internal inventory follow-up.
- Reconciliation of monthly headcount vs Budget vs FCT
- Calculation of throughput time and stock forecast.
- 5 Axes data and comments reporting and controlling.
- Direct Labor reconciliation vs Budget, calculation and analyze of monthly KOSU per APU, follow-up of OT/RT, non-productive hours.

2009 - 2010J'étais Contrôleur de Gestion Junior pour la R&D de la Branche Sécurité Habitacle. Mon travail consistait à analyser et effectuer le suivi des projets branche ainsi que des coûts liés aux investissements de ces projets.
J'étais chargé du suivi d’indicateurs financiers et physiques récurrents ainsi que des analyses ponctuelles.
Je travaillais en collaboration avec les Contrôleurs de Gestion Recherche & Développement des Divisions en France et à l'étranger afin de participer à l’optimisation du système de reporting du contrôle de gestion R&D Branche.
J'opèrais aussi un suivi de la rentabilité des projets au travers des Demandes d’Engagement d’Affaires.
