Responsibilities and Main Tasks
• I am functionally attached to the head of the Office of studies and operationally to the project manager responsible for the supervision of the engineering project on which I am assigned.
• I am also the leader of the studies General piping and supervise the realization of studies of general implementation and the associated 3D model.
• Compliance with the procedures of design company, client and are the guarantor of the quality control of time, and the costs of studies.

I had in charging on site from:
• Coordinate the team of designers draughtsman in piping with the possible assistance of group leaders,
• Measure the advancements, enforce schedules in my specialty,
• Coordinate the exchange of information and documents between the Installation general service and other departments working on the project (processes, Civil Engineering, Instrumentation, electricity...)
• Ensure the dissemination of different studies documents (diagrams, list of lines, guides, plans, isometric, etc),
• Participate in meetings of coordination project,
• Animate design reviews in his specialty (journals of General facilities, locations, piping...),
• Trace and quantify changes in design during the study,
• Follow both suppliers and manage changes,
• Validate and sign the plans resulting from the Installation general service.
• Conduct studies tracking on site in case of need.
• For these operations, both in the phase of preparation and realization, I am speaking as a company driver.
• Management of subcontractors (scaffolds-insulation, coverings, CND,...) and supervision of our own workforce in our trades (boiler making, welding, piping, installation), through the markets work.
• Privileged interlocutor of the customers, you are responsible for the area which I have supported the side commercial, technical, management, meeting deadlines and financial (extra of the Direction of the project).
5.3.1 To do this :
• In the upstream phase, I supervised and participated in the negotiations, to the achievement of quotes (encryption and drafting) and make sure the Direction of the project during execution.
• Arbitrate the choice among technical solutions,
• Define resources, entitlements and activity skills.
• Ensure to assign to heads of construction and teams the means necessary for the achievement of their objectives,
• Ensure the application of the procedures and procedures of the company, in respect of social rules and collective agreements,
• Support to promote and animate the QPE policy in coherence with the one defined by the Directorate.
Requirements
My basic technical training and my relational qualities have allowed me to evolve until the status of Coordinator and Assistant to the head of the work, and responsible for the projects (medium and large size during the last 20 years of experience).
With a strong potential and motivation I am looking for new responsibilities (mobility and very available), as well as transmit my experience to young engineers and designers, through trainings.
