Responsible for the Business Unit worldwide demand and supply planning.
- Collect customer’s orders for maximizing the billing and reach sales targets
- Respond to customers’ bids, lead logistics / service contract negociation: Buffer Stock, Consignment.
- Tailor and drive Demand Forecasting models and solutions to reach 90% JIT deliveries: S&OP, Automation (EDI, Rosettanet), Indicators (Sales Forecasts, Inventory levels), Allocation.
- Lead, empower and develop Customer Service team (30 customers, 11 nationalities represented): Recruitment, skill development and appraisal, training.

Ensure Industrial Engineering referential systems evolution for 7 manufacturing plants overseas.
- Design and validate functional / technical specifications.
- Plan and coordinate software tests, integration developments and respect of deadlines.
- Lead architects and developers teams (7 engineers): define and assign roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure solution ownership transfer to internal clients: training, documentation, end-users support.
- Control project budget (3 to 4 software releases / year, 700 k€ / year).
- Position the Industrial Engineering database as the master for the Legacy systems of the company: Finance (SAP/R3), Planning (I2 MPS/CRP), Execution (Routings and BOM), Product Data Mgmnt (Flowcharts, Control Plans)

- Analyze the fatigue behaviour of high voltage circuit breaker’s parts.
- Develop a lifetime calculation software (Visual Basic).

- Carried out a numerical method of parametrization for maintenance’s threshold.
- Develop a computer simulation software to predict main gearbox’s lifetime.
