  • SIEMENS MOBILITY DIVISION - Head of Contract Management & Compliance Officer

    2006 - 2012 Definition and Implementation of a Contract Management structure in the Competence Center for the development of Light Rail Transit Systems (VAL) and Communication Based Train Control and driverless System (CBTC) in the Siemens Group Mobility Division.
    (4 Contract Managers located in France, Brazil and Algeria)

    * 1) Negotiation and successful acquisition of the Uijeongbu Metro Project (construction of the fully automated Light Rail Transit System (VAL System) in Seoul (Korea) 130 M EUR ). ;
    * Drafting up and negotiation of the Turnkey Contract with the Customer. ;
    * Drafting up and negotiation of the Consortium agreement with a Civil Work Korean Company (LG). ;
    * 1) Contract Management and administration of the Uijeongbu Project execution phase (5 years). ;
    * Claim's Negotiation of a 12 months project time extension with associated acceleration plan. ;
    * Claim's Negotiation related to the certification of the Light Rail Transit System (VAL System) in Korea and system acceptance by the Korean authorities.

    * 1) Contract Management and administration of implementation of a Communication Based Train Control and driverless System (CBTC) project in the new metro line 4 in Sao Paulo (Contract Value150 M EUR ). ;
    * Contract's execution phase with client and follow up of Rotem - Korean Partner - for the supply of Rolling Stock. ;
    * Claim's Negotiation of a 9 month's project time extension with associated acceleration plan.

    * 1) Contract Management and administration for the execution of a Turnkey Project for the construction of the Algier line 1 Metro (Contract Value 400 M EUR ). Implementation of Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) with Steel-wheel Rolling stock. ;
    * Negotiation of a 36 months project time extension of the project with associated acceleration plan. ;
    * Follow up of the contract execution with Vinci Civil Work Partner and with CAF Rolling Stock provider. ;

  • SIEMENS - Head of legal department COM Division

    Saint-Denis 1998 - 2006 * Frame Agreements between Siemens COM and Major French telecom operators (GSM and UMTS equipments).
    Follow up and coordination of Contracts negotiations.

    Deal including an Assets Deal, transfer of 50 employees over 5 countries, and Global Telecommunication Services including voice and PBX during 5 years.

    1993 - 1998 First Joint Venture between France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom with turnover of 75 M EUR / year and 250 employees, based in Frankfurt / Main and Paris.
    Creation of a legal department with 2 internal lawyers.
    * Board of Director's Company Secretary (Drafting up of Minutes of Board and Shareholders meetings).

    * Global Outsourcing Deal Dun and Bradstreet corp.
    Negotiation's coordination (4 months in New York).
    Worldwide deal covering 40 Countries.
    Turn over 40 M $ per year. Payment of a 40 M $ goodwill.
    Deal including an Assets Deal over 40 Countries, transfer of 160 employees in US, Singapore, Japan, UK, Brazil and supply of Global Data Telecommunication Services during 7 years.
