• Collect, consolidate and analyze needs of the units & product line (forecast)
• Market study concerning the commodities in the scope
• Establish a product line strategy for a commodity
• Source solution on emerging needs (during project realization)
• Negotiate global frame agreements.
• Promote Globalization, standardization and SOC initiatives.
• Make sure that synergies occur with Corporate Sourcing Core teams, Product Lines and Units so that
global initiatives and frame agreements are implemented.
• Coach sister units on commodity management
2007 - 2007- Responsable du choix des fournisseurs du projet X95 (Renault MEGANE).
- Lancement des outillages séries
- Négociations des prix séries
- Pilote d'un plan d'action QCD Workshop pour améliorer la marge du projet, équipe constitué d'un contrôleur de gestion, d'un qualiticien, d'un logisticien et d'un expert en outillage.
- Suivi du projet jusqu'à SOP. (Audit, validation des premières pièces, validation des process, mise en place des plans logistiques).

• Evaluation of supplier’s production by performing process audits to ensure the start-up of new or changed components in technologies such as stamping, plastics, mechanics, tampo-printing, painting, assembly…
• Analysis and problem solving with suppliers; validation of improvement action plans and incident reports (PCDA - FTA, root cause analysis)
• Follow-up of suppliers' performance indicators to improve or maintain quality results in line with quality targets
• Organization of incoming inspections instructions in cooperation with R&D project engineers and communication with incoming inspectors.
