Chef de projet au sein du Centre de Services SFR
Responsable des projets de développement SABO (BDD front office) et POL (application Web pour les clients entreprise de SFR).

Réalisations :
• Réalisation des études et proposition commerciales.
• Réunion de suivi de projets avec le Client
• Participation aux réunions de suivi des propositions commerciales avec le client.
• Suivi budgétaire et affectation des ressources
• Réalisation des plannings de développements
• Suivi des développements

Chef de projet au sein du Centre de Service SFR
Responsable du pôle d’intégration des différentes applications SFR développées au sein de Capgemini télécom (10 applications interconnectées), assurant les phases de validation, vérification et MCO (maintient en conditions opérationnelles). Maintenance de 4 versions en parallèles.

Réalisations :
• Réalisation et suivi du planning
• Suivit budgétaire de 9 code projets différents.
• Réunion de suivi avec le Client
• Démonstration, validation et démonstration au près du client.
• Supervision d’une équipe de plus ou moins 15 personnes.
