    2016 - maintenant Work in a lab with a team of experienced assistants to support bioanalytical development and testing for various activities such as manufacturing process development, drug substance/drug product characterization and stability studies.

    Activities:
    - Organize and execute routine testing following existing QA documents,
    - Interpret and communicate testing results while respecting timelines,
    - Participate to lab maintenance activities: lab stock management (including re-ordering), common buffer/solution preparations, and routine equipment servicing,
    - Support bioanalytical method development and/or qualification if needed,
    - Draft and validation of QA documentation (deviations, SOPs, etc.),
    - Prepare presentations and communicate data during internal meetings,
    - Contribute to improvements for the lab organization/activities,
    - Study Monitor (Scientific contact) for bioanalytics outsourced to GMP CROs for lot release and stability studies: reviewed the documentation such as task orders, protocols, etc; assured the accuracy, completeness and time delivery of the data packages,
    - Performed audit of external GMP CROs (as co-auditor).

    Technical skills: Cell culture, ELISA development or routine testing, FACS based assay, gene reporter assay.

  • Inserm - Research Engineer (Internship)

    PARIS 13 2014 - 2016 Team: Retroviral Oncogenesis - Pr MAHIEUX R.

    Projects:
    i) How to control HTLV-1 associated disease: preventing de novo infection using antiviral therapy.
    ii) Detection and quantification of STLV-1 and SFV proviral load in blood and saliva of naturally infected non-human primate.
    iii) Crystallization: production and purification of p65/RelA protein.

    Technical skills: i) cell culture (T-lymphocytes cell lines infected or virus free, human embryonic kidney 293 cells), virus purification, screening of antiviral therapy in vitro, transfection, electroporation. ii) Annual sanitary control of baboons (Papio papio), Polymerase chain reaction (PCR): Nested PCR, qPCR, GoTaq PCR, electrophoresis, DNA cloning. iii) Western Blot, p19 sandwich ELISA, bacterial protein synthesis.

    Responsibilities: UV area (used by 2 INSERM units), upgrade of liquid nitrogen tank management and organization.
  • Tolerys Biolabs - Research and Development Technician (Apprenticeship)

    2013 - 2014 Project: Development and application of assays from mycobacteria-derived preparation in the field of chronic inflammatory diseases or oncology.

    Technical skills : XTT Cell Viability Assay, myeloperoxidase activity assay, Cytokine sandwich ELISA, Quantification of FAP protein by competitive ELISA (2 plates assay). Responsibilities: Participate to lab maintenance activities: lab stock management (including re-ordering), common buffer/solution preparations, routine equipment servicing.
