• Secondment to McKinsey consulting firm in a cost reduction operation over the plant.
Safety plant Manager:

• Casthouse Manager in charge of a change of organization and installation of a new wire continuous casting (Pechiney Success Story 2001).

Corporate & Operational Safety Manager (4 plants meaning 1000 people)
• Corporate Function:
Answerable to the European plants Managing Director
In charge of the safety policy for injuries and occupational diseases (In relationship with company doctors).
In charge of industrial risks (Damage to property and operating loss).
• Operational Responsibility:
Responsible upon several facilities to prevent accidents, occupational diseases and industrial risks.

Aluminium refining:
• Development of a new process for refining aluminium using fractional crystallisation. (US Patent No : 4 744 823)
• High purity rolling ingot production and three layers cells.
Aluminium smelter:
• Söderberg and pre-braked potroom Manager and slabs and remelt ingots casthouse.

High amperage cells magnetism calculation including pot shell magnetism effect.
