2009 - 2009Organization of an exhibition in 3 events (50 persons per event)
Planning & Organization of a fundraising activity for the Lions Club Douala Ebène. Objective: raise money to offer 50 scolarships to poor students. Results: 50 children identified with the ministry of social affairs and 3 000 000 F CFA raised in one month.
2009 - 2009In charge of the Guinness Key Account, I had the responsability of all Ready-To-Drinks, Lager, Malt and Innovation Brands. I worked especially on Smirnoff Ice, Satzenbrau, Malta Guinness and Pre-launch activities for Pilsner Pride Launch.
Being able to answer to a company brief, propose the right BTL Program to promote the brand in terms of brand identity, image, budget, implementation, event management, those were my daily tasks.
2008 - 2008Participation in the reflection on the brief and the recommendation proposed: budget management and development of marketing materials for the events Miss Cameroun 2008, and Kolatier 2008.
2007 - 2007As part of the organization team for the Infosecurity, Storage Expo 2007 and Documation 2008 Exhibitions, I was in charge of
- The communication with exhibitors (via extranet software Kermeet) including website updates and content development (newsletters and other direct marketing tools)
- Sales management and analysis for the registrations to the congress (included in the exhibition, through GTI Software)including payment follow-up, weekly sales reports, prospection
-Support to Content development for the Exhibition Leaflet (detailing activity program and presentations from companies) this included management of all Exhibitors(130 companies among which Microsoft, Kaspersky, Adobe, Bull, IBM, Orange Business Service, etc..)Content
-Support to Content development for the Congress Training material.
- Management of the Welcome Space (4 resources under my supervision- VIP Space included) during the Exhibition as result 95% of the Attendees rated the welcome between Excellent and Satisfying.
-Reporting and Evaluation of the Congress: development of the Exhibition and Congress Global Satisfaction report to be provided to exhibitors and Trainers.
2006 - 2006During this two months internship, I had the opportunity to discover and provide sales anaysis for two key customers (NORD SUD and SDV LOGISTIQUE).
As a result, I identified some key issues and provided recommendations for customer satisfaction which ensured a 10% increase of the sales with them within the period.
