  • Halliburton - Sperry Drilling - Sperry Drilling Business Development Manager - Continental Europe

    2014 - 2017 Under broad direction, lead person for all BD resources in the geographical area. Help establish the strategic direction in Continental Europe with a revenue scope typically in the range of $70 - 100 M. Maintain an overview of the market and marketing of the company and work with the BD and Account Teams to identify opportunities and grow profitable revenue and a balanced portfolio suited for the market conditions. Responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with both existing clients and potential customers. Serves as a liaison with Halliburton counterparts on cross-PSL (Product Service Lines) opportunities.

    Lead, direct, develop and align the resources of the sales organization to implement the unit's business plan. Recruit and deploy technical sales resources for the area. Develop account plans with Account Leaders and technical advisors. Responsible for pricing, technology, new business relations, competitor activity along with department budgets, equipment, and staff.
