MINAFIN, a build up set in 2005, is the mother company of Minakem, Pennakem and Minasolve.
Group has operations in France, Germany, China and the United States.
Our group is dedicated to pharma key intermediates, cosmetics active ingredient and green chemistry.

MINAKEM is the pharma business of MINAFIN group which totalling more than 110M€ of turnover

As part of the Business development and strategy Department, I was HEAD OF M&A in charge of all the sourcing and executing of project.

As part of the disposal of COFIDIS, I was RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DATAROOM. Therefore, I actively contributed to the team in charge of the disposal of COFIDIS to Credit Mutuel Centre Est Europe.
I built the valuation model, take part to all Q&A session with the bidder especially on finance matters.
I was a key member for the ROTHSCHILD team as well for the Executive Comitee of 3SUISSES INTERNATIONAL

I'was a Manager in the Transaction Services group in Paris. Since joining this practice in 2004, I was involved in international and French transactions in a various industrial sectors.

I'was deeply involved in telecom transactions from upstream (cable manufacturing/ contracting) to downstream (Historic operators as well as alternative operators/ Internet provider).

In addition, I got the chance to work on heavy industries such as Defence and Metalurgy as well as in the Building materials industry.

Then I had a significant experience in food & beverages industry through several assignements within Europe.

I also participated to transactions in the luxury industry (fashion and watches).

Through my assignments, I assisted many corporates and investment groups such as France Telecom, Mediaoverseas (Canal +), Neuf Cegetel, Tag Heuer (LVMH), DCN, ArcelorMittal, Algeco, Lafarge Roofing, Faure Herman, Géoservices, Perkins Foods, Orangina Schweppes, Wendel, Bain Capital, TDR.

I was involved in both audit of companies such as Motorola and Vivendi group, and financial engagements in connection with valuation, modelling (Sonelgaz, Algeria), due dilligence (AventisCrop Sciences), financial restructuring and covenant definition (EuroDisney group), post deal assistance (HP-Compaq).
