This platform brings together Hudson’s current regional applications and technologies into the next generation of web services and products, primarily focused on a mix of in-house developed and externally-delivered technology components.
    Key projects include the design and deployment of a single interface for a global job search available externally from web and mobile platforms, internal global client search, redesign of the corporate sites using DotNetNuke technology.

    Main projects for Hudson Global Inc:(UK/Global)
    Leading of the architecture, prototyping, design and implementation of the ‘TalentDesk’ front-office system of Hudson for EMEA and Asia.
    The SOA-based application developed with Microsoft.Net technologies is integrated with back-end financial packages (Exact, Tempest, Oracle Financials, Peoplesoft) and front-end 3rd party solutions: Google Search Appliance (indexing & searching for candidates, clients and jobs), Capscan geo-location, Daxtra CV parsing technology. From 2005 in Ukraine, the project has evolved thru incremental releases and data migration (Oracle, SQL Server, SyBase, FileMaker) for 18 countries across EMEA and Asia.

    Other projects for the Hudson Highland Group:
    - team support & mentoring with teams based in London, Prague and Ghent.
    - re-design and development of the corporate intranet.
    - design and development of a secured/encrypted document management platform.

  • Spring Group PLC (UK) - Design and development Director

    2000 - 2003 Design and development Director for Spring Group PLC, in London – UK.
    - restructuring of the development team.
    - design and development of online staffing tools integrated with an AS/400 back-office.
    - leading of the design and development team for the ‘Hyphen’ solution, Spring’s Workforce Management solution (www.hyphen.com); the solution was successfully implemented at Barclays, National Grid, Royal Mail and Thalès, as one of the first Microsoft.Net-based application.

    - Leading of the technical design, development and implementation of the internet sites for 22 countries in EMEA, as well as intranet and extranet applications.
    - Design and development of an application for remote offices to post job adverts online (VisualBasic application using XML-like documents and email communication)
    - Participation in the design of the Master Vendor solution, and design of the interfaces with blue-chip customers’ back-office systems (Xerox, NCR).

    1993 - 1998 Co-founder, CEO of Chen, Richard & Cie, Caen – France, a start-up company specialized in multimedia communication. Many productions: institutional digital communication, e-Learning tools, CD-ROMs for artists, mass-produced edutainment CD-ROMs for the Nathan Editions, Liris Interactive, Retz & Atlas Multimedia Editions.
    - Co-founder in a start-up of 4, the company grew to 14.
    - Went from the role of a single technical designer and developer to managing the production and project team, sales and customers’ relationships, until taking over the company management, before the sell-out in 1998 (production for Philips CDi in C, and CD-Rom using Macromedia Lingo)
    - Awarded the Jury Special Prize at the Festival de Biarritz in 1997 for a kiosk application for Manpower Inc (client/server distributed application for online job ads)
