Aude is a Kurt Salmon Manager, specialised in operational and commercial efficiency, focused on Retail banking problematics.

Since March 2011, she has been certified as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black belt by Ecole Centrale Paris.

In January 2011, Ineum Consulting and Kurt Salmon Associates merged to become Kurt Salmon.

Aude enters Ineum Consulting on May 2007 as a Consultant in Organisation & Strategy for Banks & Insurance.

She has worked for various projects among with the
- operational and commercial optimisation for a Retail bank
- creation from scratch of a retail bank in Maghreb.
- international reorganisation of the financial direction of an Investment bank
- project management and (internal and clients) communication in a migration project
She has developed a strong experience in operational strategy, project management, process optimisation and distribution.

Aude has participated in the launch of the SEPA (Single Euro Payements Area) offer in the firm.
She is a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black belt.
