As a HR Generalist, partner with managers and provide a high level service to Business partners and staff in the designated client groups (Retail Development, Marketing, Brand Planning, E-commerce, Factory outlet…)
The service provided covers all areas and includes employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development.

• Customers requirements analysis (for permanent and contract positions)
• A-Z selection lifecycle of candidates
- Candidates sourcing through direct and indirect approach, on local and international markets
- Candidates evaluation: Interviews, technical and soft skills testing and evaluation, references checks.
• Candidate presentation to clients
• Administrative tasks (work permit requests, insurances, LPP, AVS, work contracts, work certificates…)
• Follow-up of permanent candidates during on-boarding period / management of contractors delegated to clients

Sales/Communication responsibilities:
• Analysis of potential business opportunities / Client portfolio development by acquisition of new customers
• Customer loyalty and reinforcement of current business partnerships
• Develop and maintain an effective recruiting network through a representation role at external events (conferences, jobs fairs, universities events…)

Partner with assigned Business Units to develop recruiting plans and strategies and to provide recruitment services (business units : R&D center, manufacturing, sales & administrative departments )

HR Development Officer
• Support to HR Development Manager in designing and implementing the “skills and classifications management” project (leading workshops, writing skills descriptions for manufacturing and R&D professions)
• Steering of the annual performance appraisal process (750 employees)
• Part of the team setting-up and executing annual training plan

Communication Responsible:
• Internal : Editor of the internal publications (in-house magazine, annual employee report…), Project manager for internal events (annual employee meeting, new logistic site inauguration, new product launch events for employees…), information management of intranet and internet websites, conducting the quick reward process
• External : media relations, community engagement
