    - Reinforce the Roles & Responsabilities of key functions within the perimeter (step up)
    - Deploy & manage the HR annual cycle (performance review & goal setting, STIP, Development people, Training Plans, Talent Review, Employees satisfaction survey, ...)
    - Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
    - Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees

    Rueil Malmaison 2014 - 2015 Contribute to the dynamism and deployment of the Group's HR policy for both perimeters Services Energy France & Ecofits centers (Montpellier and Mâcon).

    Main missions:

    - Global Field Services perimeter (50%): Support the opening of a new production line in Mudaison, implement all HR structure & HR Support to the people Field Service team located in Mâcon and Mudaison and coordinate the HR roadmap

    - Energy France Service (50%): Provide day-to-day operational Human Resources support to the operations France Service leadership team, contribute in the implementation of specified HR initiatives
