Supporting the program teams on all related Export processes, regulations and implementation from launch to serie.
• Serve as key interface to the market for issue identification, reporting and resolution
• Increase awareness of export specific content (PDL, paint & fit requirement, etc)
• Conduct BOM and PDL Audits to prevent Stop Ships and conduct yard audits to identify issues and implement real time corrective action
• Drive lessons learned upstream and prevent actions in order to mitigate stop ships
• R/1000, CPU, TGW, Warranty reporting and monitoring
• Update of export checklist based on Rules and Regulations from the different markets
• Investigation of occurrence/ re-occurrence root cause
• Improve communication and coordination with the Ports to ship parts and/or dispatch units
• Development of a dashboard to report status and health of Export units cross-plants, cross-programs
• Participate in solving manufacturing problems (VIN, car protection…)
