- Build and manage the IT Consulting Services business.
- Be accountable, along with my team, for defining innovative CRM & BI architectures and solutions and achieving results and projects.
- Leading strategic CRM and BI case studies and projects.
- Hire new consultants, coach and train senior managers.
Business Development
- Develop existing client relationships and forge new ones.
- Develop, package and promote new offers around Marketing, Loyalty and EPM solutions to enable our customers to deliver greater value.
- Develop partnerships with software editors (Oracle and SAS)
Program Direction
- Be accountable for projects success and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Contract definition, monitoring budgets, coaching of project managers, staffing, risk management.
- Reporting to the management.
- Answer to RFP/RFI.
