I'm a junior engineer in network and systems. I'm 25 years old, and I'm ambitious, dynamic and frank. I'm looking for innovative and interesting opportunities or projects in my area of expertise. I'am very interested in new technologies trends such as: Cloud, Application Virtualization and Mobility . Moreover, I'm very interested by an international career.
Obviously, I love new technologies! I also practice running and I'm fond of movies. Furthermore I enjoy pop and rock music and I play video games on my Xbox. Moreover I'm passionate about cars and aviation. I'm also interested in economic topics.

  • Société Générale - Change Coordinator

    PARIS 2016 - maintenant I currently work in the banking industry for a French Bank called "La Société Générale" (in Service Provision). As a Systems Engineer, I currently have the position of Change Manager in an IT team which is in charge of the Citrix Platforms for the SG's retail-banking sector which is an large IT production environment (approx. 40,000 end-users).

    As a Change Coordinator my main task is to ensure an end to end change follow up.

    Here is an overview of my actives as Change Coordinator :
    - Gather & analyze changes requests through weekly meetings with Business Project Coordinators.
    - Schedule change requests in compliance with our production rules.
    - Gather required information for the changes and assess them (Change Justifications, Targets, Risks, Impacts, Service Breakdown, Rollback Process...).
    - Write changes in English.
    - Retrieve required documentation for the change (Business / Hierarchical / Security "Go", Approval Assessments, Action Plans...).
    - Present and defend the changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) & others comities .
    - Follow up change realization and implementation.
    - Communicate and advertise change status to the management (Service Delivery manager, Team manager...).

    Transverse activities :
    - Coordinate teams between them (Production Team, Engineering Team, Application Teams, Business Project Teams).
    - Define & Design implementation action plans


    Other activities :
    I have develop (in VBA) a tool that help me and assist me in my daily tasks of managing changes.

    Owing to these activities, I'm actually widely developing and enhancing my communications skills, scheduling activities, furthermore I'm taking more of an overview on an IT production environment.

    Here is a quick overview of my tasks :
    - L3 Support to End-Users.
    - Maintenance in operational condition of the Citrix Infrastructure.
    - Participate to crisis meetings (i.e.: in case of production incidents).

  • SoluCom - Consultant in IT Infrastructures

    puteaux 2015 - 2016 As a Consultant, I worked for Alstom (a french train manufacturer). I was involved in a carve out program, which was the handover of Alstom's Power activities and its IT department to General Electric. Due to the loss of its IT department, Alstom's had to rebuild a new Network Infrastructure, DataCenters Infrastructure and their IT Services.

    Thus, during three months, I was in the "Datacenter Set-Up" team, which was in charge of managing projects linked to the rebuild of Alstom's DataCenters Infrastructures. Consequently, I was Assistant Project Manager on two projects : "Transverse Services" and "Citrix VDI & Application Virtualization".

    Here is an quick abstract of the two projects:
    - "Transverse Services" : Centralized and shared services used by various applications.
    - "Citrix VDI & Application Virtualization": Set of solutions that provides virtualization of the Desktop environment and/or the Application context.

    Globally, my activities as Assistant Project Manager were the following:
    - Intializing, supervising and managing the projects.
    - Designing and formalizing the approach used in the projects.
    - Collecting key needs for the projects, planning establishment, costs and workload forecasts.
    - Single point of contact between all teams involved in the projects.
    - Talk facilitator between the stakeholders.

    Owing to these activities, I could develop and enhance my communications skills, my planning and forecast skills, but aslo my working methodologies.
  • Orange - Engineering Apprentice in Networks and Systems

    Paris 2012 - 2015 As an engineering apprentice, I worked within a team of multidisciplinary network engineers.


    First Two Years - Work on Riverbed's Wan-Optimization technologies.

    Main goal: Contribute to the enhancement and the development of the "EAM Riverbed"​ Service.

    Activities performed:
    - Making network models in order to integrate the new Riverbed's wan-optimization technologies to the OBS service portfolio.
    - Testing & qualify Riverbed's appliances and operating systems in order to find bugs.
    (which includes performance tests, functional tests, sturdiness tests...)
    - Writing technical documentations in English.
    (installation guides, test reports, suggestion reports, bug reports...)
    - Developing a program that automate all the testing stages.
    - Answering about engineering questions regarding Riverbed's Wan-Optimization technologies.

    These activities allowed me to develop my technical skills in:
    - WAN technologies: [MPLS, WAN Optimisation & Simulation]
    - Microsoft's products & technologies: [Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SharePoint...]
    - Monitoring protocols & tools: [SNMP & SNMPtraps, Syslog, Whireshark...]


    Third year - Work on Cisco's Switching and Routing technologies.

    Main goal: Develop, improve and enhance the "Managed-Lan"​ Service.

    Activities carried out:
    - Qualifying, testing new Cisco IOS / IOS-XE for Catalyst Switches and thus dealing with Switching protocols in depth: [STP, VLAN, VTP, Port mirroring, EtherChannel...]
    - Testing & validating "multimedia" QoS for 4500E Catalyst Cisco Switches
    - Working on routing protocols: [BGP, OSPF, VRF-Lite]

    *** Network Access Control Project ***
    Activities performed:
    - Definition, design and test of a Network Access Control service for Cisco Catalyst Switches.
    Including AAA & security protocols: [RADIUS, 802.1X, MAB, EAP, EAP-TLS, PEAP...]
  • Olisys - Technician Trainee in Networks and Systems

    SOISSONS 2012 - 2012 As a technician trainee at OIisys, I worked for the most part in Systems field.

    Thus, I took part in various activities such as :
    - IT infrastructure migration (setup and deployment of new servers and new workstations).
    - Computer maintenance (hardware & software verification and recovery).

    Thanks to these activities I could acquire skills in Operating Systems especially with the Microsoft's products and services: [Windows Server - AD - DNS - File Server - Hyper-V].
