In 1998 DJ Ben decide leave the Ivory Coast in order to continue his academic career in France. However, in 2000 he discovered in himself a passion for music and therefore decided to follow that path. He quickly fell in love with the turntable, and joined the leading group of young Hip-Hop promoters in Montpellier (France) ca...lled “Wone Crew”. Moreover, this enables him to become permanent “DJ” for the “MayBack” ( first Hip-Hop night club in France), in addition to gaining a lot experience from his collaboration with DJs and Musicians all over France.
Furthermore, with these acquired musical skill sets “DJ Ben” participated in national and international events. From the famous MTV French based “Shake ton Booty” in 2006 (With Dj Cut Killer and China) to the “Festival International des Sports Extrêmes” in 2007(FISE).
Nonetheless, his passion for Hip-Hop music made him diversify his “skill sets” by getting training in sound engineering, which enabled him with the ability to produce many hip hop beats. Hence, in 2008 with his established notoriety in the Francophone “Dee-Jaying” industry.“DJ-Ben” headed back to the Ivory Coast where the demand for a Hip-Hop’s DJ was high, thus he worked for the biggest nightclubs in Abidjan (Ivory Coast). Moreover, apart from “Dee-Jaying” Ben created a Label in 2009 called “Solead Entertainment” to promote his brand, organized events, and above all make music.
