    Proposal Engineer: costing and build-up of proposals concerning high power electrical
    motors (most usual powers: 1 up to à 30 MW). Applications: Oil & Gas (exploration &
    production, refining, etc.), Metal (mills), Mining (conveyors, crushers), Power & Water
    (pumps, fans), Tests Benches, etc.
    * Customers' specification review and identifying of relevant inputs for the proposal ;
    * Sizing of the motor (by the Engineering Department) based on the data collected ;
    * Costing of the motor based on the sizing performed, on the working conditions (possible
    cooling, hazardous area, required instrumentation & equipment) and on standards +
    specifications in force,
    * Technical Risk Assessment and writing of the final proposal sent fao the Customer through
    the Sales organization (mainly: the proposal, comments & deviations, data sheet, preliminary
    drawings, quality plan, tests),
    * Contract review to release the PO and to achieve hand-over by the Project Management.

    collection and disposal of bio-wastes. Frame agreement concluded with Scapest: 36
    supermarkets collected (out of 42).

    * Catering: with the local professional Unions, management of an improved proposal based
    on a deal discount against better quality (Quality Chart commitment) and more volumes.
    * Germany: follow-up / management of 2 collectors.

    Involvement and leadership in supporting projects:
    * Improvement of quality of collected raw materials (drop of non-allowed materials rate) ;
    * Member of the Security Committee (collection process) ;
    * Check-up of coherence between the ERP-inputs and raw materials collected (for all the
