- Pre-commissiniong phase: steam blowing and chemical cleaning preparation
- PED certification lead

Responsible for the end of the detailed engineering in the Paris office :
- Coordination of the design team, stress analysis and material management

Offshore Gas Compression Complex – East Area Project, Nigeria,

Malaysia, England, South Korea, Nigeria

- Initiated the the job cards workflow: material identification and inventories, compilation of the hook-up and offshore installation drawings, manpower estimation.
- Issued the hook-up and commissioning planning
- Led the offshore planning team (2 people). Setup database for progress report: Daily reporting, recording and processing manhours
- Provided day-to-day support to the Hook-up Manager on various issues

South Pars Phase One Project (SPP1), U.A.E

- Launched the procurement of two years spare parts after SPP1 start-up. Negotiated with vendors. Work included budget presentations to the client
- Assisted developing procurement software to issue purchase orders (from site request to delivery note) and weekly status report

Offshore Gas Production Complex –South Pars Phase One (SPP1), Iran,

- Maintained and updated the IPCIS database (software to monitor pre-commissioning and commissioning activities).
- Coordinated the punch lists. Carried out weekly reporting: commissioning activities, punch lists, progress
- Final documentation
- Provided IT and technical engineering support. Trained the commissioning engineers to use the IPCIS software

Onshore Oil Production Facilities – TOTAL, East Shabwa, Yemen

- Evaluated, designed and followed up the minor modifications on the plant. Performed a PID check. Organized the PIDs update
- Assisted supervision during commissioning and start-up of a remote Control Process Unit.
