- Manage the Engineering part of the new planning solution for European personal systems planning solution. (based on SAP SCM system)
- Modification of the product creation process to improve the efficiency -> decrease the turnaround time (from customer agreement to order ability) from 20 + days to 7 days average

Goal:
Ensure HP compliance to environmental regulations (EMEA computers)

Key Accomplishments
- Implementation of the WEEE (waste on electric and electronics equipments)
- Implementation of the RoHS (restriction on hazardous substances) leading to a change on 60% of the parts

Goal
- Define and implement a sustainable organization and related processes to manages technical data for personal systems group in Europe (based on SAP R/3)

Key Accomplishments
- Participation to the end to end modeling and processes definitions after HP and Compaq merge
- R&R definitions in Europe,
- Processes deployments and controls

Introduce on time on a WW basis (5 factories) the new products for the desktop computers division
