Inside of a global ORACLE 11i FINANCIAL implementation process in a world leading multinational Company's subsidiary based in Easter Europe. Take part in analysis and writing of the following functional designs of interface :
- "AR Invoices Interface Functional Design" project. Modification of the conversion tool that will be used to convert AR Open invoices from an eastern Europeen country. Based on this document, conversion tool will be tuned to be used as an interface. User must be able to view these invoices and transact against them (apply receipts, credit memo etc…)
- "GL Enter Journals Extension Functional Design" project. Customization for journal entry to limit the use of category “Payroll” to specific users.
- "AP Open Invoices Conversion Functional Design" project. The need was to convert all open supplier invoices, credit notes and prepayments. This document provided functional design for the conversion of open Invoices, credit notes and prepayments from SunSystems GL and Oracle Accounts Payables.
For a French State Company. Take part in analysis and writing of the following functional design of interfaces :
- "Stocks Updating" project. Legacy application's data has to be extracted and imported in the INV Oracle module application by the the "Stock transactions import" application, via the MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE file.
