o Team management :
- Management of 13 on-site persons, a team based in China (Beijing) plus outsourced from 4 sub-contracted companies based in Europe

Current realization of my team:
- UI/Specifications NAGRA Guide definition for ZAPPER and PVR platform including installation, navigation, EPG, Per-per-view and On demand (VOD/PVOD) features
- Overall STB Software for SATELLITE and CABLE platform supporting ZAPPER or PVR profile based on OpenTV Middleware. Solution ported on top of several STB provided by Philips/Pace, Thomson, Hyundai, UEC deployed on 5 networks.
2007 - 2009- STB Program Manager in Digital TV and Broadcast media compagny based on NAGRA Guide solution for Dutch (i.e.: Netherlands, Belgium, etc ...) [Canal Digitaal, TELESAT, TV Vlaanderen] and Portugese markets [Portugal Telecom] : 700 K STBs deployed
- In charge of managing Complex projects for final clients (operators) with multiple partners / third parties / Sub-contractors
- Management of customers expectations and define the right level of specifications inline with the Time to Market constrains
