Member of the regional S&OP process. Interface between the business country managers, the manufacturing sites and the distribution center. Super user SAP APO and BW (Expert and trainer). Green belt certified.
Apply continuous improvement methodology in many european projects such as business demand mangement process, customer service rate, metrics analysis.

BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB – (Supply Chain Europe) - France (Rueil-Malmaison)
Demand planner : consolidation des prévisions de vente d’un portefeuille de produits OTC. Interface clé entre le marketing et la logistique amont. Garant de la coordination entre la demande du marché, les sites de production et la distribution. Suivi des problématiques supply chain : ruptures, lancements, promotions, transfert de production, destructions. Participation à la préparation du S&OP et des budgets.

VALEO ELECTRIC SYSTEMS (Speed Controler Division) – France (Cergy)
Responsable approvisionnement : gestionnaire d’un portefeuille de 20 fournisseurs. Planification et optimisation des approvisionnements – Paramétrage des flux informatiques en production – Organisation du magasin – Analyse et gestion des stocks.

SANOFI-AVENTIS (Direction Supply Chain Afrique) – France (Gentilly)
Assistant Responsable Logistique : Coordination entre les besoins marchés, la distribution et les usines. Suivi de la performance des prévisions de vente, des plans d’approvisionnement et des couvertures de stock. Participation à la mise en place d’un outil de gestion de la demande MANUGISTICS (DRP & prévisions de vente) et des Reporting Logistiques (indicateurs de performance).
