After an experience built on the field in retail distrition management (-dry food sector/Auchan) or as sales rep's on the road, I'm now digging into an international career.

Working for Micrel Medical Devices, promoting ambulatory infusion solutions, I'm in charge of key account dealers all over Europe.

This function has obliged me becomen an expert in infusion with a 360° view in B2B medical devices business distribution.

My mission is to customize strategy per country with each top-management, regarding governements health care programs, medical practices enhancement, competitors penetration,...

It involves to design ('n implement!) marketing plan with Product Managers or to train and support sales people on the field.

So my curent function is the perfect synthesizing of my background as Sales Director, Sales Engineer(Southern Europe accounts) or Business Developper for a strat-up company in perfume component.

My enjoyment is coming from contacts with such different cultures all over Europe and the way to built and strengthen the precious human link, source of long term B2B relationship.
