    Paris La Defense 2008 - 2011 Taishan EPR Project:
    1. Management of the equipment supply completeness and design consistency:
    - Control of the completeness of the equipment supply with respect to the contractual scope,
    - Cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure the consistency for 1800 major equipments design between the teams located in France, Germany and China.
    2. Offer Manager for the Operator Training Program (500k€), in charge of contractual, commercial and overall management.
    3. Management of the configuration changes from the contractual reference design, for both technical and cost control aspects.
