My job is to produce any type of projects that are aimed at being published.
From scratch till end, I will :
- Ensure the successful delivery of a project, on time and within the allocated budget.
- Control the financial and resources needed for a project.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- Co-ordinate the work of the production team, (design and art teams, shooting crew, programming, publisher and editor, QA and any outsourced subcontractors) making sure that the quality and vision of the project is maintained, whatever problems may arise.
- Control the entire process from start to finish and be able to provide a clear overview at any point of the production process.
- Key contact for all aspects of a production, liaising with senior management and customers, publishers, PR and marketing departments, as well as eventual licensors.
