    * Dedicated to LIANZI PROJECT CHEVRON OVERSEAS LTD in Pointe-Noire - CONGO

    * Reception and the control of Subsea 7 material and equipment used on Fabrication/Operation sites in order to support locally the project efficiently

    * Responsible for the inventory of equipment using a live data base

    * Organizing project's material and equipment storage, and its site identification

    * Check at time of reception the adequacy and conformity of all material/ equipment delivered on Fabrication/ Operation site and report any discrepancy, loss or damage in documentation

    * Issuing MRR (Material Receipt Reports) and OSD (Overage, Shortage or Damage) Reports for every shipment received

    Reporting any overage, shortage and damage of the material and equipment arriving on site and recording the quantity damaged on MTDB (Material Tracking Data Base)

    * Managing Storekeeper in order to keep accurate status of stocks at his working location ;
    * Managing a team of 5 handlers on the yard

    * Follow on a daily basis the dates of arrival or departure of material and inform of any delay change to these dates

    * Ensure that stored equipment/material is duly referenced and adequately stored for each project concerned as per their request and local procedures in place

    * Liaise with local logistic or site management to obtain appropriate resources ;
