Responsible for defining and setting up the system of production and logistic as well as required industrial investments related to the program FORD Fiesta around the world (Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil, China, Thailand & India).
- coordinate the plant launch teams involved in the program and ensure fulfillment of all industrial and logistical activities with respect for customer key dates as well as PMS Milestones (Program Management System) and authorized budgets of investments.
- act as an interface between the core team Program and the plant/s
- search for product/process optimization with the engineering team
- search for solutions to increase industrial economical performance of the program concerning:
o Investments level;
o Direct productivity;
o Material consumption
o Scraps
o Required areas for the program setting up in plant
o Downstream, upstream and Internal flow: logistic costs
- manage the first production trials in plant, product and process tuning phase, runs of production representative of serial conditions, MPT (fMass production trial) before start of production (SOP)
- report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities
- apply program Management System and Faurecia standards
2010 - 2011Set up Delfingen Plant in Wuhan:
Creating the legal status of the company : Business license, Tax license, Importation & exportation license …
Research & selection of suppliers (building, equipment, furniture, raw material…)
Oversee the progress of construction of the plant and equipment installation
Set up 6 extrusion production lines according to French specification
Establish and direct plant policies and procedures according to Group Policies
Recruit and train plant key managers
Manage daily plant operation:
Oversee all manufacturing-related departments, including production, quality, manufacturing engineering, purchasing and material planning including HR and Finance;
Manage manufacturing operations to provide world-class quality, delivery and service to customers;
Establish, monitor and report key indicators;
Recommend changes to increase cost effectiveness;
Leadership responsibility for strategic and tactical manufacturing planning, quality improvement, cost reductions, productivity and process improvements, equipment maintenance ;
Develop and monitor operating budgets for production program, personnel and equipment, manage manufacturing activities to budgeted forecasts, take corrective actions to address budget deviations;
Monitor sales forecasts to insure requirements in materials, equipment, and personnel are met.
2007 - 2009Lead every phases of development of projects in china concerning car makers (Dpca, Nissan, Renault…) and International Equipment suppliers (Lear, Kongsberg, Delphi, Valeo, Mecasplast, Jtekt, Nsk...)
Develop, quote and propose the technical solution to the customers

Identify and report the technical and quality process (Q3P, PSW, IMDS, PPAP…)
Develop, monitor and set up the tooling, produce and test (functional and dimensional) the samples, edit the production methods and quality control posts

ITER high-heat flux plasma facing component study. I set up a detection method of the defects of the future fusion nuclear reactor components (Castem mapping and IR film comparison), enabling the finding of a potential damage in thermomechanical fatigue.
