  2011 - 2014 Responsible for defining and setting up the system of production and logistic as well as required industrial investments related to the program FORD Fiesta around the world (Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil, China, Thailand & India).
  
  - coordinate the plant launch teams involved in the program and ensure fulfillment of all industrial and logistical activities with respect for customer key dates as well as PMS Milestones (Program Management System) and authorized budgets of investments.

  ANTEUIL 2010 - 2011 Set up Delfingen Plant in Wuhan:
  Creating the legal status of the company : Business license, Tax license, Importation & exportation license …
  Research & selection of suppliers (building, equipment, furniture, raw material…)
  Oversee the progress of construction of the plant and equipment installation
  Set up 6 extrusion production lines according to French specification
