Céline Longerey
Communications Officer
My work experience always revolved around the graphic chain, from marketing to printing techniques with the constant priority of customer satisfaction.
I have prospected new markets and followed existing customer accounts as account executive in a communication's agency but managed European industrial projects in the food industry.
I look forward to entering a company / an organisation where I can effectively contribute to building a consistent image & message, while stirring up global development.
The two months training I took in 2011 now allows me to define and roll out the creation of communication tools in full autonomy, from text writing to design and print PDFs. I have also learnt how to develop a web site from A to Z.
I am a native French speaker, and have used English and Spanish on a professional level while working in England, Spain and Cameroon.
2011 - 2011This 4 months mission consisted in reviewing all existing communications tools.
I then refreshed the logo, built the corresponding graphic chart, developped key tools (leaflets, posters, annual report template,...) and a website (under joomla CMS).
2010 - 2011As account executive, I prospected new customers and developped a positive relationship with key public interest organizations based in Geneva. My role was to advise them on media and communications services as well as their institutional strategy.
A thorough understanding of the stakes and goals was essential to build a long-lasting collaboration.
Major clients: UNISDR, UNI, ITU, OHCHR, UNOG, UN-REDD, PSI, MSF Switzerland.
2009 - 2009I have translated FSC and PEFC forestry certification reports for Bureau Veritas Certification, Douala, as well as FSC logo guidelines.
2009 - 2009I developed a coherent marketing plan for this local private English school.
Given the size of the structure, I also took responsibilities of other administrative management task, and the design of promotional tools.
Flexibility and commitment were key to success in this challenge.
2007 - 2009For two year, I was responsible for the implementation of European packaging projects. This consisted in defining their scopes, managing the lead-times across countries, factories and suppliers.
In collaboration with the European marketing team, I coordinated the development of the new packaging range gathering 1500 SKUs for the global packaging range of an international cat food brand.
I was responsible for the simultaneous delivery of the new packaging items to all ten European factories from 25 printers.
2006 - 2007I was responsible for the development of packaging products for France, Belgium, Switzerland and Netherlands. This involved coordinating their development from the design agencies to the factories throughout Europe as well as with printers.
