_ Managing whole key account projects;
_ Assigning report production and supervising team work;

_ Briefing researchers so they examine and validate all articles appropriately;
_ Gauging freelancers or providers' ability to produce quality reports.

_ Setting up Internet monitoring processes for large companies;
_ Understanding and defining clients' needs in terms of monitoring (crawling scope, analysis segmentation, technical support);
_ Creating dashboards tailored to clients' requirements which allow to pilot monitoring tools and explore quantitative and qualitative data;
_ Producing reports delivering insights and trends about clients' e-reputation on mainstream & social media.
