- HQ reference focal point: guarantying the transparency of information shared and capture any HR lacks and needs
- Project leader: managing in full autonomy several cross functional and transversal projects

- Experts Policy: designing and steering the career paths for experts, organising Experts Day, redesigning experts training and website using RFP in collaboration with a consulting agency
- Strategic Competency Management: anticipating the competency gap through long, mid and short term analysis (common competencies catalogue, CCAP, resource planning)
- Employment Marketing: coordinating the network of EADS HR Marketing through contacts with the Educational system to shape future technical profiles
- Strategic countries: defining and monitoring HR development strategies (recruitment, partnerships) in Europe and emerging countries (Brazil, India, China) to secure the availability of key populations

- Event management: organizing the 360° campaign promotion for the participation as a sponsor of the brand Mini-Babybel in UK major national fundraising event Red Nose Day 2009 on BBC
- Innovations launch: liaising with factories, developing artworks, working on financials, creating timing plans
- Brand research project: reworking Mini Babybel Light packaging and analysing consequences
- Weekly and monthly reporting: completing regular performance tracking including stock forecasting, sales, competitor activity and evaluation of brand activity
