  2014 - 2014 Ensign is a subsidiary of the international Colas Group in charge of the pathfinder Portsmouth Highways Management PFI projet : a £500 million contract signed with Portsmouth City Council for a 25 years period, involving the rehabilitation, maintenance and management of the highway network.
  
  Tasks conducted :
  -internal audit of the operating systems,
  -internal audit of the defects reporting process,
  -analysing and verifying the skid resistance data for the Portsmouth network,
  -full recalculation of the Skid Resistance Index for the secondary roads,
  -visits on the highway network to audit the workmanship of defects,
  -meeting and reporting with staff and management.
