CHÂTEAU CLUZEL est une magnifique propriété du XVIème siècle (1562) sur les hauteurs de Bouliac (33), de 16 ha, dont 10 ha de vignes plantées d'un seul tenant sur des côteaux très ensoleillés, face à la Garonne, sur la rive droite de Bordeaux, et à environ 10 minutes du centre ville.

Son précieux terroir est graveleux argilo-calcaire.

De nombreuses médailles reçues aux concours nationaux et internationaux récompensent son vin de caractère; Car un vin signé CHÂTEAU CLUZEL incarne le raffinement, l'esprit et l'authenticité du terroir exceptionnel dont il est issu.

Nos cépages sont subtilement assemblés pour remplir les critères de sélection des AOC Premières Côtes de Bordeaux :

* 60 % de Merlot
* 30 % de Cabernet Sauvignon
* 10 % de Cabernet Franc et Malbec

CHÂTEAU CLUZEL is a property of the XVIth century (1562) on 32 acres, surrounded by 20 acres of vineyards planted on sunny rocky and chalky hillsides argilo calcareous, in front of the Garonne and on the right bank of Bordeaux.

CHÂTEAU CLUZEL set in the heart of the "Premières Côtes de Bordeaux" appellation, and keept ancient wine-making traditions, and left that name to wines which incarnate the elegance, spirit and authenticity of the exeptional soils in which they grow.
Its vineyard from 8 to 60 years old, stretches all around the property.

The owners of CHÂTEAU CLUZEL propose you subtle and sophisticated wines which will drive you to a journey in the center of the soil from which they arise. The connoisseurs will be delighted to admire the vines as far as the eye can see.

Our red wine is the result of the subtle assembly of various growths:

- 60 % Merlot for its sharpness and its balance
- 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon for its faculty in the ageing quality
- 10 % Cabernet Franc et Malbec for the harmony of 2 other growths.

Ageing is exclusively in oak barrels from 14 to 16 months, the wine of CHÂTEAU CLUZEL guarantees all the qualities required by such a delicious wine.
