  Colombelles 2000 - maintenant Over 20 years experience in human resources introduced me to different working environments, from luxury cosmetics and perfume industry (Clarins and Thierry Mugler Parfums) to branch off to the semiconductor industry years . 16 years to Motorola / ACS / Freescale were formative in that payroll is outsourced for 7 years (ACS), who teach me a different side of this business and the requirements of outsourcing, and finally be re-hired FLS in 2010 with the integration of the new payroll system as a challenge. Today, in France, I am responsible for a population of 600 employees on 3 different sites, the payroll of Italy and Spain and thus a responsibility of the OPS HR and HR OPS lead France, Italy and Spain
