Drive and monitor Tenders (first for Tramways and now for Mainlines Signaling Systems).
Define, lead and manage the Tender Team (about 20 people dispatched in different countries) and the Tender Cost Budget.
Define the offered solution:
Perform the detailed requirement capture;
Ensure offered solution compliance with customer and internal strategy requirements.
Manage the Tender regarding compliance with:
Tender schedule;
Customer Price budget;
Tender Ratio improvement;
All applicable ALSTOM standard processes.
Monitor the product QCT estimate to be offered and obtain commitments from entities.
Contribute to the negotiation and REX through Win-Loss analysis.

Manage the activity with a 3 people team.
Follow Cost improvement action plan and integrate results after Management validation.
Ensure coherence and consistency within and between Product Line Products Managers (High speed/metro/Loco...).
Drives and Monitors loop-back process with Project teams.
